HomeSaver UltraPro Collar Plate, with band connection supports the entire UltraPro/Pro installation. The 18″x18″ Collarplate includes the top plate, storm collar, and top clamp all in one. The built in clamp tightens with a nut or screw driver and features a welded, watertight seal.
